About QIA
The Quality Improvement Agency (QIA) was the agency responsible for improving the quality of post-16 education and training in England. QIA commissioned this ICT dictionary as part of the National Teaching and Learning Change Programme (NTLCP).
The QIA no longer exists as an independent organisation. Its functions were absorbed into the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) in 2008. This site remains available as an archive, hosted by SignBSL.com.
